MESTIL HOTEL & RESIDENCES AT HAND IN ROVANIEMI TO COLLECT THEIR FIRST MAJOR AWARD

Chris Pollard, General Manager of the Mestil Hotel & Residences in Kampala, was at hand to receive the property’s first major award after the hotel was named as Uganda’s Best Luxury Business Hotel.
The World Luxury Hotel Awards ceremony was this year held at the Santa Park’s Artic Circle TreeHouse Hotel in Rovaniemi / Finland.
The hotel, one of only two in Kampala which can deliver a perfect Egg Benedict, offers guests the conventional bedrooms but also 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments for guests who stay longer and prefer to have their families join them without the hassle of having to rent a house or an un-serviced apartment.
While staying at the Mestil will they enjoy the full range of hotel service benefits including access to a fully equipped gym and Spa, the pool and of course the restaurant, while having the opportunity to use their own fully equipped kitchenette to prepare their own meals whenever they wish.
The Mestil only recently added more conference spaces in a building on an adjoining plot with full access to it by guests staying at the hotel but otherwise separated from the hotel’s accommodation units.
