The Kampala version of the Oktoberfest this year, with key sponsors like Brussels Airlines, Nile Breweries and Sheraton among others, was after a 2 year pandemic related absence a resounding success.
Finally able to meet and party again in person, without masks and temperature checks were Kampaleans streaming to the Jahazi Pier in Munyonyo and crowded the venue from opening time till late night.
The Brussels Airlines hospitality tent was well attended, often filled to capacity, and as a key member airline of the Lufthansa Group was Brussels Airlines offering some great hospitality, Kampala style.
Happiest of all those who attended were the two lucky winners of a raffle, which earned both of them a return ticket to any Brussels Airlines destination, a trip which will no doubt create lasting memories, over and above those already taken in by attending the Oktoberfest. Congratulations and happy landings!
Shown below the familiar faces of the Brussels Airlines team in Kampala, perfect hosts for the day and perfect hosts before every flight with Brussels Airlines to the European capital and beyond.
