KENYA AIRWAYS BAGS ‘MOST PUNCTUAL AIRLINE’ AT HEATHROW FOR THE THIRD TIME

Kenya’s national airline Kenya Airways has for the third time been named by Heathrow Airport as the most punctual airline, leaving over 80 other carriers trailing in their wake again. From information provided by the airline’s General Manager UK, Europe and the Americas, Ms. Nita Nagi, ALL flights in February left London on time for Nairobi, a remarkable feat considering the often notoriously bad UK weather and the unrelenting demand on runway space for take offs.
The announcement comes hot on the heels of Kenya Airways’ confirmation that flights to Paris will be re-launched on the 03rd of June this year, signaling a fresh expansion drive made possible by the arrival on 04th of April of KQ’s first B787-8 Dreamliner, a further 5 such planes before the end of 2014 and an additional B777-300ER.
