Kenya Airways nips rumours in the bud over damage sustained by a B737-800NG

TOWTRUCK HITS KENYA AIRWAYS BOEING B737 BUT NO INJURIES AMONG PASSENGERS OR CREW

Kenya Airways confirmed that no passengers or crew were injured in an incident when a tow truck hit one of their Boeing B737-800NG aircraft during pushback, when it was about to depart to Johannesburg last night.
Flight KQ764 was subsequently cancelled and the passengers on board taken to a hotel before being re-accommodated on subsequent flights to Johannesburg.
Allegations being made by unfriendly social and regular media haters giving a different version were put to shame when Kenya Airways a short while ago issued a formal press release which reads as follows:

While the aircraft is undergoing repairs, and before being released back into service, will other arrangements be made by Kenya Airways to ensure their full schedule of flights will be operated.
