Air Ambulance Services
• Accessed through: Subscription to our Maisha Air Ambulance Cover, Ad hoc requests – (fee-for-service),
Service Provider Agreement for Insurance/Assistance Companies and other Corporate Clients
• Operated through a 24-Hour Operations and Emergency Control Centre manned by professional staff
and flight operations staff
• Providing local and regional aero-medical patient transport including patient retrieval from remote
locations and hostile regions
• Conducting international/intercontinental patient repatriation in our dedicated air ambulance jet aircraft
to Europe, Asia, Middle-East and far East
• Low cost annual and short term air ambulance cover schemes for Eastern Africa available, with added
in-patient benefit and repatriation option to South Africa
Medical Assistance Services

• Retrieval of medical reports for in and out-patients
