It has now been confirmed that Francky Vincent will visit Rodrigues as part of the Kreol Rodriguez Festival from December 01st to 08th, 2024 to celebrate his 50 career anniversary.
The announcement of his arrival in Rodrigues on the occasion of the great cultural event organized by the Commission of Arts and Culture, which is the Creole Festival every year, was made official by the Commissioner of Tourism, Jean-Alain Wong So during the opening ceremony of the festival. the 9th edition of the Rodrigues International Kitesurf Festival 2024 in Mourouk.
To return to Francky Vincent, the Guadeloupean singer gained popularity in the 1990s thanks to a rather naughty repertoire with his songs titled ‘Fruit de la Passion’, ‘Alice ça glisse’ and many more.
The Rodrigues Kreol Festival is an annual highlight on the island and brings many visitors to its shores from across the Creole speaking Indian Ocean islands and other parts of the world celebrating the Creole culture, music, art and food.
