Kwita Izina is about conservation, but also about partying and celebrating

If ever there was a need to invite anyone to come to Rwanda for Kwita Izina,
here is another reason, the Crazy Night of the Gorillas, aka the After Party.
Once all the naming is over and the echo of the speeches has ebbed away,
will it be the sound of local music and the clinking of beer mugs which will
form the back drop of a night of fun among friens.
Enough said … see you at Greg’s place this weekend!

Red Rocks Rwanda Newsletter

Greetings friends of Red Rocks Rwanda!

This is our inaugural newsletter and you are receiving it because you either visited us, signed our guest book, or worked with Amahoro Tours our sister company. This is part of our effort to upgrading our online presence and digital assets and to better stay in touch with our friends and guests. We hope you are happy to receive this but if you don’t want to receive them in the future you can opt out below.

Every week there are many different activities at Red Rocks Rwanda as well as day tours organized around Musanze and the region, but this coming weekend is Kwita Izina – the biggest event of the year.

You Are Invited!
Kwita Izina is the annual Baby Gorilla naming Ceremony and if you are in Rwanda this weekend you shouldn’t miss it. We’re hosting our 3rd Annual Kwita Izina Celebrations Before and After Parties Friday & Saturday night and other activities during the day.

We will feature local and national Rwandan entertainment – Live Music – DJs, Dancing, cultural activities, sport, and much more. We hope you will join us this coming weekend and if not soon in the near future.

Your support means the world to us and is critical to our success. We depend largely on word of mouth recommendations and reviews from our guests. Can you take a minute to write one for us. As said we are looking to improve our online presence – on our website, social media, and other travel sights like Trip Advisor. We would be so grateful for your support.

Thank you for be being part of the Red Rocks Rwanda community and we hope to see you soon!

Cheers,

Greg Bakunzi, Owner
Harriet Ingabire, Manager
