We’re delighted to announce the upcoming opening of La Réserve Firenze – set for June 2026 – which will mark the celebrated hospitality brand’s debut in Italy.
Set within an exquisite 15th-century palazzo on Via Santo Spirito in the Oltrarno district – which was acquired by owners Olivia & Grégory Marciano in 2022 – the project is the result of a multiyear restoration in partnership with La Réserve and Michel Reybier, and designers, Gilles & Boissier.
The palazzo will house just six private apartments, ranging from one to three bedrooms and each with their own kitchens, as well as a gym, library, lounge and charming private rooftop terrace. La Réserve Firenze is set to be one of the most spectacular openings of the coming year, offering guests an authentic taste of Florentine life, with specially curated cultural and culinary experiences informed by the owners’ own perspectives of this much-loved city.
