The M-Aashiyana Welfare Foundation (MAWF) formally announces the induction of
H.E. Dr. Alain St. Ange as an Executive Member and Global Advisor to the MAWF
Council. This appointment marks a significant milestone in the Foundation’s mission

H.E. Dr. St. Ange joins the Council as a visionary statesman and an internationally
acclaimed leader in the tourism sector. His distinguished career includes his tenure
as the Minister of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Ports and Marine of the Republic of
Seychelles. During this time, he was instrumental in positioning Seychelles on the
global stage and championing sustainable tourism diplomacy worldwide.
The induction recognises his remarkable legacy in international engagement,
economic advancement, and cross-border collaboration. His extensive experience

development and inclusive growth. By joining the MAWF Council, H.E. Dr. St. Ange

In his new capacity as Executive Member and Global Advisor, H.E. Dr. St. Ange joins a
