During the conference, the Minister for Tourism and Culture, Mrs. Amanda Bernstein, shared details on the important milestone recently reached in the nomination process, following confirmation that the nomination dossier has successfully passed the technical completeness check by the UNESCO World Heritage Centre and has now been officially registered for evaluation.
The Minister also took the opportunity to acknowledge and thank the partners, stakeholders, and members of the national technical team who have worked diligently over the years on the preparation of the nomination dossier.
Representatives from the various departments and agencies involved in the process were present at the press conference to provide further insight into their respective roles and contributions to the development of the dossier.
