SERENA BEACH RESORT & SPA REFURBISHMENT TO TAKE PLACE BETWEEN 15TH APRIL TO THE 15TH OF JUNE NEXT YEAR

Serena Hotels have announced that their award winning Serena Beach Resort & Spa along Shanzu Beach north of the city of Mombasa will undergo major refurbishments and modernization during the 2020 low season period.
Rosemary Mugambi, Director of Sales and Marketing, wrote to ATCNews with the following message:
Serena Hotels wish to inform that Serena Beach Resort & Spa, a receiver of a number of eco-awards and accolades, is expected to undergo a refurbishment program between 15th April – 15th June 2020 and will be closed over this period.
This is in line with Serena Hotels commitment to constantly improve its existing products and services in order to meet the ever changing needs of our clients.
We shall keep you updated on the progress of the planned refurbishment and we are sincerely grateful for your continued support.

The Mombasa Serena is arguably the finest beach resort along the north coast of Mombasa, showing architectural finesse throughout the resort with its Swahili theme but equally excelling through food quality and service.
The resort’s ‘green’ projects include a butterfly nursery – open for guests and outside visitors – as well as a turtle hatchery programme where nests along the resort’s beach line are protected until the eggs hatch, after which the baby turtles are provided with a ‘safe escort’ into the water.
