Mount Kenya 10to4 Mountain Bike Challenge announces cap on participants

Dear ATCNews Readers,

Thank you to everyone who has registered so far! We look forward to seeing you in February.

We have had huge interest for the 2021 event and are so grateful for your support so far.

FOR THOSE WHO HAVE REGISTERED
If you have already registered for the Early Bird places in one of the 10to4 Races but have not yet received a final confirmation email, please bear with us. Payments and entries are being processed as quickly as possible and we will get back to you soon.

If when you submitted your entry you received an email with a registration number (4 digit number starting in #3) then your entry has been received, however, it will only be processed once payment has been received. Please email eventmanager if you are unsure.

FOR THOSE ON THE FENCE
We always encourage (and love!) to host as many bikers and supporters on the mountain as we can, as we believe the mountain is to be enjoyed by all. However, for the safety of all participants this year, we aim to keep the numbers to a manageable level as safety is our top priority.

Due to COVID social distancing safety measures and such a high interest in the 2021 event, the 10to4 Organising Committee has made the (very difficult) decision to cap entries this year.

Having said that, there are still a handful of places left across all races: EXTREME, CLASSIC, RUSH, SLIDE and BRAEBURN MINI. In order to enter:

1. Email Leafy Rous on eventmanager to register your interest. You MUST include details on how many places you would like to secure and for which race/s.

2. If a spot is available, you will be sent a link to the entry form. This must be completed within 24hr of being sent.

3. Payment will then need to be made within 24 hours of submitting the entry form otherwise the spot will be released and given to the next name on the list.

If you would like to attend, please enter as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Also check out the VIRTUAL event if you would still like to take part but in a different location.

2020/21 has been an unprecedented year and we look forward to continuing the event for years to come. Thank you to everyone for your continued support, understanding and enthusiasm for the 10to4.
