Now here is a delight I managed to miss and will miss the next one too due to constant travels … that said, I managed to get some of my own culinary delights while in Belgium last week. Le Chateau of course has a distinct Belgian pedigree and ranks as one of my favourite restaurants, and not only because I do not have to go all the way into the city to get an excellent meal, though the nearer distance from my residence does help.
