The SkySafari Kenya Connoisseur journey includes two nights at Elsa’s Kopje in the arid desert wildlife gem of Meru National Park, two nights at the new Loisaba Tented Camp in the impressive 56,000 acre Loisaba Conservancy, one of Kenya’s most important elephant corridors, and two nights at Sand River Masai Mara in the famous fertile savannah of the Masai Mara, combining the very best Kenya has to offer.

SkySafari by Elewana offers a taste of the best safari experiences in Kenya coupled with luxury accommodation, gourmet dining, incredible game viewing and private aircraft transfers. SkySafari passengers enjoy business class seating, a fast-track airport experience, butler service at all of the properties, as well as only one check-in and check-out during the seven-night journey. In summary, a luxury, stress-free experience, that enables guests to enjoy direct transfers and avoid multiple stops on busy scheduled aircraft.

The photography SkySafari journey will begin with one night at Hemingways, an exclusive boutique hotel neighbouring the Nairobi National Park with stunning views of the Ngong Hills. From Nairobi SkySafari flies to Elsa’s Kopje, a boutique lodge sculpted into the Mughwango Hill overlooking the rugged and remote Meru National Park. The lodge is built on the site where George and Joy Adamson built their camp and released Elsa the Lioness, star of the movie Born Free which was filmed in Meru 60 years ago. Visitors to Elsa’s enjoy all 870 square kilometres of Meru National Park to themselves including a thriving rhino sanctuary, large elephant herds, lion and birdlife and more diversity of animal species than any other park in East Africa.

Guests then enjoy the private transfer to Loisaba Tented Camp located on a 600ft escarpment where every room enjoys spectacular views stretching across the Laikipia Plains to Mount Kenya. The Loisaba Conservancy spans three eco-systems offering a variety of beautiful landscapes and incredible game viewing, including the opportunity to see the rare Northern species including reticulated giraffe and Grevy’s zebra and one of the best places in East Africa to see wild dog. An area of approximately the same size as Lewa Conservancy, the Mara North Conservancy, or Samburu and Buffalo Springs combined, Loisaba has only 16 rooms in total, providing a generous 3,500 acres of wilderness per room. This allows for some of the greatest exclusivity to wildlife sightings available in Africa.

The SkySafari’s final destination is Sand River Masai Mara camp located in the Masai Mara National Reserve, close to the Tanzanian border. The luxury camp replicates the romance of the exclusive permanent tented camps of the late 1920’s. Guests will enjoy exceptional year round game viewing including the Big Five, as well as the dramatic arrival of the wildebeest migration every year.
