MORE BEDS FOR #NAIROBI AS PULLMAN AIMS FOR H1 2019 OPENING
(Posted 12th July 2018)
Nairobi’s second CBD, Westlands, is set to get yet more beds when during the first half of 2019 the Pullman Hotel is expected to open its doors with a whopping 340 rooms.
The local investors, going by the cost of land and the cost of construction, might have spent close to 30 million US Dollars when the doors of the hotel finally open and the new facility will then be managed by an Accor Hotels brand as a four star hotel – this ranking of course to be confirmed by the licensing authority after inspecting the premises.
Accor is already present in Kenya after their acquisition of Fairmont Hotels under which brand the Norfolk Hotel is being managed but also through Ibis Hotels, which under their sub brand Ibis Styles now manages the former Tune Inn, also located in Westlands.
