Together with the Smurfs, we’ll be giving families leaving on holiday from Brussels Airport a proper send-off this Easter. On 29-30-31 March and 1 April, the Smurfs will welcome all families at our special Family security Lane.

With Brussels Airlines to Mumbai |
From today, Brussels Airlines will be offering direct flights to Mumbai, the capital of the state of Maharashtra and the financial, commercial and entertainment capital of India. You can fly direct 5 times per week (on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays), in each case departing Brussels Airport at 10.50 am. |

To Atlanta with Delta Air Lines |

Delta Air Lines has been connecting Brussels Airport with various US destinations for over 25 years now. And this month, we had the honour of welcoming Atlanta back to the list. If you are travelling to Atlanta can now choose between 5 direct flights per week (and in the summer period, even daily flights). The reintroduction of the Atlanta flights was celebrated with a traditional “water salute” by our fire department and a festive cake for passengers on Monday 27 March. |

Brussels Airport once again put its partners in the spotlight at the 10th Aviation Awards on 9 March 2017. This year’s distinction for punctuality went to Air Malta and Qatar Airways. The winners of the other awards were Ryanair, Brussels Airlines, Ethiopian Airlines Cargo, Air Cargo Belgium, LSG Sky Chefs and Singapore Airlines. |

Air Canada B787 Dreamliner lands for the first time at Brussels Airport |

The brand-new Air Canada B787 Dreamliner is scheduled to make its first landing at Brussels Airport on 2 April, en route from Montreal. Together with 20 Business, 21 Premium Economy and 210 Economy class passengers. The occasion will be marked in style at Brussels Airport with a traditional “water salute” on the tarmac.
The Dreamliner’s appearance at Brussels Airport is just temporary. As of May 2017, Air Canada will revert to the Airbus A330 for its year round Montreal-Brussels route. |
