ECOTOURISM KENYA SET TO ANNOUNCE THEIR ANNUAL ‘ECOWARRIOR AWARDS’ AT MKTE2015

The coveted ECO WARRIOR AWARDS for 2015 will this year once again be announced alongside the main programme of the Magical Kenya Travel Expo 2015, which is taking place at the Leisure Lodge Resort and Golf Club at Diani beach south of Mombasa.

Ecotourism Kenya has overnight shared the finalists of this year’s award ceremony and the winners will be announced at a grand gala dinner, attended by hundreds of hosted buyers and international media house representatives, who will of course carry the fame of the winners into the global spotlight.

Guests of Honour on the night will be the Governor of Kwale County Mr. Salim Mvurya and Kenya’s Cabinet Secretary overseeing tourism Mrs. Phyllis Kandie at the Friday, 16th of October event:

The Eco Warrior Awards ceremony will be held in collaboration with Kenya Tourism Board during the Magical Kenya Travel Expo in the presence of 175 international hosted buyers and hundreds more regional and local trade exhibitors. This year’s theme is: Sustainable Tourism: Keeping the Magic Alive!

Recognizing and celebrating the Eco Warrior Awards winners at the climax of the 2015 Magical Kenya Travel Expo will leave no doubts that Kenya is indeed geared to becoming a leading destination in sustainable tourism.

Winners are allowed to use the Eco Warrior Award logo indefinitely since it has the year of recognition inscribed on it.
