#SAFARILINK SUSPENDS OL KIAMBO LANDINGS

Information has been received this afternoon that Safarilink has, for now, suspended flights into the Ol Kiombo airstrip in the Masai Mara due to local conditions.
The airline has requested that clients booked into and out of this strip in coming days contact Safarilink to ensure they can be rebooked to a nearby airfield and their camps / lodges informed accordingly for transfer purposes.
Safarilink is assuring their clients that as soon as the strip is serviceable again information will be sent out to resume landings and take offs at Ol Kiombo.
Other airlines are expected to follow suit so visitors heading to this part of the Masai Mara should also contact their airline of choice to ascertain the situation.
