| 13th December 2019Greetings from Airkenya!We wish to inform you that Airkenya is temporarily suspending operations into Amboseli Airstrip effective immediately. The Kenya Wildlife Service (KWS) has put a temporary closure of the airstrip effective 12th Dec 2019 following heavy rains that flooded the apron and the visitor service centre. The airstrip will be reopened when conditions become favorable and we will update you as soon as we resume operations. We regret the inconveniences this closure will undoubtedly cause.
