| I spoke to Aaron Munetsi, CEO and Tatum Kok, Aviation Analyst from the Airlines Association of Southern Africa. We discussed Aaron’s first 12 months at the helm of AASA; how he manages a group of stakeholders that are in constant co-opertition and how AASA is engaging airlines from outside the region. We looked at the recovery of the industry, debating if we are on track and examining what support is needed; what the state of connectivity is in the region and the initiatives to open skies, borders and improve collaboration. |
