| Here in Kenya, the conservancies and parks are brimming with wildlife right now and guests at our Porini Safari Camps in particular have had some wonderful game-viewing in the past few weeks.
Our guests and safari guides have been sharing their images from the daily game-drives and guided walks. This unusual shot of an elephant using his trunk like a hosepipe was taken by our Guide, Daniel Mpararia, at the waterhole near Porini Amboseli Camp in Selenkay Conservancy. |

Giraffe Research at Ol Kinyei Conservancy Earlier this year we hosted some wildlife biologists at Porini Mara Camp to enable them to carry out research in Ol Kinyei Conservancy. Their 18 day project was a "giraffe census" – a mission to identify and document the individuals within Ol Kinyei – and the findings were very interesting… Find out more in our latest blog: Giraffe Research |
