As the events and activities gear up for the UNFCCC COP29 climate conference in Baku Azerbaijan scheduled for the 11th – 24th of November, 2024, the Preliminary Session of Africa Tourism Day and Africa Tourism Climate Action Forum ATCAF commences today 6th November, 2024.
Dr. Alain St. Ange, global tourism expert, thought leader, former minister of Tourism, fmr. Presidential candidate of Seychelles and board member Sayari Dunia Sustainable Tourism Foundation will lead discussions on the crucial topics of climate, gender and tourism.
The Preliminary Sessions of Africa Tourism Day and Africa Tourism Climate Action Forum ATCAF will hold today 6th November 2024 during the 5-day Africa Celebrates Business and Cultural International Conference at UNECA, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia with the theme: Repositioning Women for the Next Frontier of Sustainable Tourism and Climate Action.
The pre- sessions serve to create more awareness and build momentum as the main event in Nigeria scheduled for 25th- 28th November, 2024 approaches.
