The quest to market Nigeria as a destination for businesses and investments received a boost at the weekend as the director general of the National Council of Arts and Culture (NCAC) Otunba Segun Runsewe stole the show redirecting a positive focus on Nigeria. LEADERSHIP Sunday reports.
