(Posted 24th March 2026)

The way we manage air traffic is about to change—and you need to be ready.

ICAO Air Navigation World (ANW) 2026 – Air Traffic Flow Management (ATFM) is your chance to get ahead of the new provisions coming into effect in 2030. Join experts, regulators, and ANSP professionals from around the world in Montréal, from 5 to 9 October, to gain practical guidance, hands-on insights, and strategies for successful ATFM implementation.

This year’s edition focuses on the upcoming ICAO ATFM requirements—a major shift from “optional” to an operational necessity for all States, ANSPs, and airspace users. You’ll get actionable guidance to prepare your teams and explore the key enablers of a modern, performance-driven ATM system, with topics designed to support real-world readiness.

Why join us?

You’ll leave with a clear understanding of the new ATFM provisions and what they mean for your operations, planning, and ability to deliver seamless, resilient, and optimised services across the aviation system.
