TOURISM FOR ALL IS FILLED WITH ACTION BY REUNION TOURISM

Reunion island, a French Indian Ocean region, has for long promoted travel to the island by people with disabilities.
On April 01st and 02nd will a special activity by Reunion Tourism roll out in conjunction with the ‘Saga du Rhum‘ especially aimed again to have people living with disabilities partake in a tour tailored for them.
On the occasion of the national days devoted to Tourism and People with disabilities are French tourism professionals mobilizing to provide best welcome to its visitors.
On Reunion Island, the Saint-Pierre Rum Saga, a certified facility for Tourism catering for people living with four specific disabilities, opens its doors and offers free admission to a person with a disability as well as an entrance to his or her accompanying person.
On the program this coming weekend of the Rum Saga will be:
Free access to the museum for persons with disabilities and their accompanying person;
A guided tour translated into sign languages adapted for the deaf, hearing impaired and their families from 11 am to 2 pm;
Descriptive and sensory visit suitable for visually impaired people from 10:00 until 15:00.
