REUNION CHARMS HONEYMOONERS AT LAUSANNE WEDDING FAIR

IRT, also known as Ile de la Reunion Tourisme, joined hands this week with Swiss specialized tour operator ‘Depart Voyages’ to offer honeymoon packages from Switzerland to Reunion, a French Indian Ocean region located between Madagascar and Mauritius.
They participated with a stand at the 17th edition of Western Switzerland’s most important wedding fair, which is habitually attended by intending brides and grooms keen to see the latest trends on organizing their weddings, and of course where to go for their honeymoon.
For two days were prospective couples seeking romantic spots for their honeymoon able to discover the island of Reunion and in particular obtain detailed information on the destination, important for success in the Swiss vacation market. Reunion (www.reunion.fr) allows combining both a relaxing beach holiday with active holidays, offering a wide range of adventure activities second to none. The island impresses visitors with the unique charms, culture and cuisine of a Creole French island in the Indian Ocean combined with European operational and safety standards, an important element for tourists deciding where to spend their vacation time.
