THE RODRIGUES INTERNATIONAL KITESURF FESTIVAL, organized since July 2013 by the RODRIGUEES KITESURFING ASSOCIATION (RKA), chaired by its founder, Jean-Christ Spéville and his members, returns this year from July 24th to 28th to celebrate its 9th edition on the kitesurf spot ‘Anse Mourouk’, ranked among the best in the world.
