RISING DEMAND LEADS TO MORE FLIGHTS

Royal Air Maroc, which launched flights between Casablanca (CMN) and Nairobi (NBO) in April last year, has seen their market share increase in a short period of time.
Entering the market with initially two weekly flights has this since then risen to three a week.
Now has the airline made an announcement in Nairobi that by Q4 of 2017 another flight will be added, making it four altogether.
Royal Air Maroc offers a viable alternative for travelers to Europe, the rest of Northern Africa and even to North America instead of flying through the Gulf but cutting down on traveling time as a result of the more direct route.
Royal Air Maroc, operating a fleet of state of the art aircraft, is one of Africa’s successful airlines but not part of any airline alliance as yet. On the route to Nairobi does RAM use a two class Boeing B767-300 with 12 seats in Business Class and between 224 and 227 seats in Economy Class.
Special offers from for instance Frankfurt to Nairobi start at 545 Euros including three pieces of checked baggage of 23 kilograms each for economy class passengers.
Royal Air Maroc has been ranked as a four star airline by the world’s leading aviation rating company SkyTrax.
Sadly has RAM been singled out by the US government as one of the airlines for which a ban of electronics applies on flights to New York though there are now indications that this ban may be lifted as safety concerns have grown over the risk of carrying additional large numbers of Lithium Ion batteries in the cargo hold.
