AFRICAN AVIATION INDUSTRY HEADING TO #KIGALI

ICAO, the International Civil Aviation Organization based in Montreal, Canada, will hold a meeting for African member states in Kigali from the 22nd to the 24th of May.
Focusing on aviation safety will the three day event include workshops for safety management, a regional aviation safety committee meeting and a mainstream symposium which is aimed to inform and discuss about the state of Africa’s progress to improve safety standards and move closer to global levels.
The Rwanda Civil Aviation Authority, a member of ICAO, will be the host organization and RwandAir the official carrier of the event which will take place at the Kigali International Convention Centre.
Aviation Safety Foundation AVIAssist will host relevant workshops and training seminars surrounding the event in Kigali as recently reported here.
