RWANDAIR NOW CONNECTS TO INDIA

RwandAir’s expansion out of Africa has taken root when the airline two days ago launched their service to India’s main commercial hub, Mumbai.
The aircraft used on the route is a Boeing B737-800NG in the airline’s regular two class configuration with 16 seats in Business Class and 138 seats in Economy Class.
The aircraft, registered as 9XR-WQ, is seen below when taxiing out to the Kigali runway for take off.

Kalisimbi, the most recent B737-800NG delivery to RwandAir, also offers WiFi on board, making it good news for business travelers who can stay connected and prepare for their missions while in flight.
RwandAir, in fact no African airline, has not followed the ill tempered move by US and UK authorities to ban laptops and similar devices from on board and from personal experience it is clear that security inspections in Kigali are very thorough and leave nothing to chance.
Mumbai was the second destination launched in the space of just three days as RwandAir also commenced flights between Kigali and Harare, routing via Lusaka.
Next on the horizon now is London where RwandAir will commence flights to Gatwick by the end of May this year, using one of their two Airbus A330 aircraft for the three times a week service.
