TERMS & CONDITIONS:
1. All fares are in US$ and valid from 01 January to 31 December 2018.
2. Children (2 – 11 years) pay 75% of the fare except on `T’ class which has NO CHILD fare. Children under two (2) travel free.
3. Baggage allowance strictly 20 kgs inclusive of hand luggage. Infants do not have baggage allowance.
4. Check-in time in Nairobi is Strictly 60 Minutes in Zanzibar is STRICTLY 90 minutes before departure time. Counters will CLOSE 30 minutes before departure.
5. Class available at time of booking determines the fare.
6. Multisector discounts are applicable on Y class fares only.
7. Vouchers MUST clearly indicate the class of travel booked/available and NOT the class being
requested. Please ensure the correct class is booked and charged as credit notes will not be issued retrospectively.
8. Reservations will only be confirmed upon receipt of an LPO/voucher from agents with credit facilities, otherwise payment must be attached to the voucher or payable at least 14 days prior to travel.
9. Cancellations made within 7 days of travel will be considered no – show and strictly charged, except over Easter, Christmas and New Year, when cancellations within 14 days will be charged in full. T class booking cancellation period is 14 days. Any cancellations must be made in writing (cancellation voucher) and acknowledged by our reservations staff.

10. Any amendments made within 4 days of travel will be charged a penalty of $50. |
