SiAA 2020 Free Virtual Safety Conference

Dear colleague, fellow & future aviator,

There are only 3 weeks left before the 7th edition of our Safety in African Aviation conference on the 14, 15, 21 & 22 October from 12:50 to 15:45 Central African Time.

The AviAssist Foundation is committed to your lifelong learning. We don’t just say that, we also give you the chance to practice it.

You will receive a certificate of attendance from the Foundation, after attending at least 3 of our sessions for their full duration and completing the feedback survey.

Because of Covid-19, this year’s edition of our annual conference will be entirely virtual and spread over 4 afternoons. Access will be FREE – the Foundation’s gift to the industry’s post-COVID-19 recovery. It will be broadcast via the event website www.siaa2020.com where you can also register. We will be broadcasting from a professional studio in The Netherlands, for online viewing worldwide.

This year’s theme is “Maturing Safety Management Systems (SMS) & State Safety Programs (SSP)”. More details and the full program for all 4 afternoons can be found on the event website where you can also register here www.siaa2020.com
Participants will have the opportunity to hear from airlines, airports, regulators, and independent experts as they discuss core aviation safety challenges that they are facing right now and over the coming years, as well as potential solutions to overcome them. There will also be an opportunity for you to ask your questions to a large team of moderators, and the Q&A panel in the studio.

Speakers from across the industry and the world will provide their insights into sustaining the safety leap that Africa has made in the past 5 years. Key speakers & table guests include:
