Sarova Hotels announce the appointment of Geffry Ndayi

Sarova Hotels has announced the appointment of hospitality professional Geffry Ndayi, who joins the Group with more than 17 years of progressive experience across leading hotel brands in Kenya.

Ndayi’s career spans eight properties and multiple disciplines within hotel operations and commercial strategy. He began his career as a receptionist before advancing into leadership roles including Front Office Manager and Rooms Division Manager. In 2021, he transitioned into Revenue Management, focusing on pricing strategy, e-commerce, distribution optimization, and performance analytics.

Over the years, he has worked with respected brands such as Serena Hotels, Fairview Hotel, Sankara by Marriott, English Point Marina, Azure Hospitality, and most recently PrideInn Hotels, where he contributed to significant advancements in online revenue growth and channel performance.

Sarova Hotels — one of Kenya’s most established hospitality companies — operates a diverse portfolio of city hotels, resorts, and safari properties. The brand is recognized for its heritage, service excellence, and commitment to sustainability and authentic Kenyan hospitality.

In his new capacity, Ndayi is expected to support Sarova’s continued commercial transformation, enhance digital and distribution capabilities, and contribute to strategic revenue growth, particularly across key markets and segments.

His appointment underscores Sarova Hotels’ continued investment in talent and data-driven commercial leadership as the Group positions itself for sustained competitiveness in the evolving hospitality landscape.
