Sauti Za Busara 2017 shapes up

TOP NAMES TO PERFORM ON ZANZIBAR FOR ‘SAUTI ZA BUSARA 2017

East Africa’ best known performing arts festival, Sauti Za Busara, is returning to Zanzibar in February after taking a break last year due to insufficient sponsorship.
Taking place from the 09th to the 12th of February in Unguja’s Stone Town – a UNESCO World Heritage Site – do four days of non stop activities and performances take place, bringing some of Africa’s best known names on to the stages again.
Tickets are already on sale for some weeks now and anyone intending to travel to Zanzibar better make prompt arrangements as flights, ferry boats and most important accommodation will very likely be sold out again during the festival days.
Flying the “Africa United” flag will the next edition during 9 – 12 February 2017 feature some 400 artists in 40 groups, who will be performing live on three stages:

The festival will offer once more 100% live performance, showcasing quality, originality and innovation, with priority for young and emerging artists and music with cultural identity.
