Serena Beach Resort & Spa – Notice of On-going Works

The Serena Beach Resort & Spa is undertaking property maintenance in some public areas and guest rooms, in their pursuit to enhance the product to meet their guests’ needs. These works are being carried out with the intention to avoid guest discomfort. However, there may be some levels of noise which will be managed in the best way possible. Below are some of the ongoing and scheduled works:

Ongoing works

• Water proofing of Fountain Restaurant/ Nyota Terrace-on going; management is allocating the best time when works can be done etc. – This will be completed by 15^th August 2024
• Water proofing of Fountain Restaurant/Shops terrace yet to start – Scheduled from 1^st – 15^th August 2024
• Conference Tent Washrooms. Works in progress – This is nearing completion and currently on the finishing phase hence minimal noise is expected.
• They also have the sample room works ongoing, however noisy works have been completed and they are currently in the finishing process. – Completion date 20^th August 2024

Scheduled works

• Replacement of guest room locks from manual to electronic key card locks – Commencing on 15^th  August – 30^th September 2024
• Minor repairs at the kids swimming pool area – 5^th August – 15^th August 2024
