SERENA BEACH SET FOR REOPENING IN TIME FOR THE FESTIVE SEASON

Serena Hotels have confirmed to ATCNews that Serena Beach Resort & Spa is set to reopen on the 15th of December this year.
The resort will be open with a new approach to its product, guest experience and service delivery.
This includes operating with only 74 rooms (45% of total room inventory) that includes the Garden Wing rooms with partial view to the ocean and the two luxury suites. The Village Wing comprises the superior sea view and family Rooms and the Lamu/Zanzibar Suites.
As a safety and hygiene measure in compliance with the COVID-19 protocols, Serena has invested in state of the art safety and sanitation equipment to ensure the health and comfort of guests throughout their stay is of the highest standard. We would like to reassure our guests that we have put in place all the necessary measures to ensure your safety and that of our staff while still promising a memorable beach holiday experience.
Guests can expect an array of activities for both adults and children alike such as the Architectural, Cultural and Conservation tour, a tour of our turtle conservation project, “Marine Life vs. Life Cycle of a Butterfly,” glass-bottom boat trips and a wide range of watersports among others.
All the dining experiences have been improved and include the lavish Bubbly Breakfast, Active Cooking, Table D ‘Hote service in the Fountain restaurant and theme-night dinners on the beach lawns.
The entertainment and animation program has been enhanced as well as the health, fitness, and wellness activities. The Spa will continue to offer treatments for guests and bookings are highly recommended.
Adherence to COVID-19 protocols will be strictly ensured during provision of these services in line with Government of Kenya directives and health regulations.
