JOYCE KIBORO MUTURI BECOMES SERENA HOTEL’S NEW PRESTIGE CLUB MANAGER

Serena Hotels earlier today announced the appointment of Mrs. Joyce Kiboro Muturi as the company’s manager for their loyalty programme Prestige Club.
Joyce takes over from Mr. Geoffrey Muhoro, who has been posted to the soon to open Goma Serena Hotel where he will serve as Rooms Divisions Manager.
Joyce was previously posted at the Nairobi Serena Hotel in such key positions as Head Concierge and Guest Services Supervisor and has started her new assignment at the Serena Hotels Head Office in Williamson House.
