A fully automated Tour Operators and Travel Agents Booking Platform. This is a smart, seamless solution designed to automate bookings and managing reservations.
DUMA will enable all registered Agents to log in with their credentials, view live availability, make bookings, and generate system-driven proforma invoices and payments directly through the portal. This automation eliminates repetitive calls and manual steps, reduces email exchanges, and ensures accuracy in invoicing and circuit discount application.
Tour Operators and Travel Agents will now be able to:
- View real-time room availability across multiple Serena Hotels
- Make and manage room bookings directly online
- Generate system-driven proforma invoices with accurate tax breakdowns
- Apply agreed tour operator rates and circuit discounts automatically
- Complete payments securely within the platform
All tour operators and travel agents are encouraged to register by 30th April 2026.

We are now offering registration assistance at our offices, dedicated to training and supporting tour operators and travel agents in using our DUMA platform effectively.
From Wednesday 1st April, our team will be available during the following hours:
Monday to Friday
Open Hours: 10am – 12noon
