What’s New in the New Year?
Like fine wine… Serena Hotels is always looking out for ways of making the guests, product and service experience better. Last year alone, continuing this year, have the hotels in Dar es Salaam, Kampala, Nairobi and Maputo undergone refurbishment to continuously offer exceptional services to their discerning guests’. One can now look forward with baited breath to the completion of the first phase of the Nairobi Serena Hotel refurbishment project early in the year.
At the same time the Game Drive experiences at Serena’s lodges and camps just cannot be same again with newly modified vehicles and trained guides.
As 2018 now unfolds, it is with a whole lot of expectation that one can look forward to new happenings – from opening of a now property in Goma, a separate article is following here shortly, to the unveiling of a new look Arusha Serena Hotel , all set to happen later in the year, and new guest experiences being introduced…
