SERENA HOTELS TANZANIA APPOINTS NEW RESERVATIONS MANAGER

Serena Hotels Tanzania has appointed Francis Mollel as the new Reservations Manager. Previously, Francis was the Assistant Sales Manager based at the Dar es Salaam Serena Sales Centre where Serena’s Tanzania Sales Centre operations are centered. He has been with Serena Hotels for 5 years during which time he led the sales activities for Serena’s Northern and Southern Tanzania’s Circuit including Retail Sales.
He holds a Diploma in International Hospitality Management and has previously worked in the position of Reservations Manager at Bilila Lodge Kempinski, and Assistant Lodge Manager at the Four Seasons Safari Lodge Serengeti.
His predecessor, Daniel Mkina held the position since 2005 and now moves to the operations department, having expertise from previously working as an Assistant Lodge Manager at Lake Manyara Serena Safari Lodge and Mara Serena Safari Lodge. Serena acknowledges his commendable work during his tenure of his last position where he helped build solid relationships with Serena’s esteemed business suppliers both locally and internationally.
