As we all know, the last few days have been absolutely unprecedented. Each one of us is facing our own challenges and finding our own ways of dealing with the situation around us.

At Simba Travelcare, we have put contingency plans in place to see us through this lockdown period as well as our post-coronavirus world. Although our sales office will remain closed during the lockdown period, my team and I are contactable via email or mobile phone, should you require any travel information or assistance.

We will continue to meet our own payment obligations to our airline partners on a bi-monthly basis. But most importantly, we will retain the majority of our staff and ensure that they receive their salaries so that they too can see out this crisis and continue to support their families.
