Rhino Mayday

Thursday 1 May 2014

story1.15.jpgEvery year at Rhino Mayday we are joined by a group of rhino experts for a day of fantastic talks and debates. This year will be no exception.

Provisionally confirmed to speak are independent conservation economist Michael t’Sas Rolfes and EIA Director Mary Rice, who will debate the arguments for and against legalising a trade in rhino horn. We also have Dr Lucy Webster of the Rhino DNA forensics lab in Edinburgh, and Becca Biddle from Chester Zoo, who will give us an insight into their work.

The day is from 10am-5pm at the Grant Museum of Zoology and UCL in London. Tickets are £15 and available now from Save the Rhino’s website.
