#SunAfricaHotels’ Nyali Beach cleans up their beach

HARRISON NJOROGE LEADS THE SUN AFRICA NYALI TEAM TO CLEAN UP THEIR BEACHES

(Posted 31st July 2018)

Good news from the coast came in as the staff of the Sun Africa Nyali Beach Hotel a few days ago engaged in a major beach clean up.
Not only was seaweed raked up but most importantly rubbish cleared too. Empty plastic bottles, bottle tops, plastic waste, fast food containers and more was collected and then prepared for proper collection and disposal.

As seen recently, when visiting the Nyali and strolling along the beach on both sides of the resort, was much rubbish laying around and a casual comment made to Harrison Njoroge, Regional Manager Coast for Sun Africa Hotels, resulted in a mere suggestion and idea to be turned into a major cleanup.
It is understood that the two Sun Africa properties at the north coast will now make this a regular exercise to play a role in keeping Mombasa’s beaches clean and give an inviting impression to the tourists coming there.
Congratulations to Harrison and the entire team for their exemplary activity.
