The Emin Pasha Hotel and Spa, which is since earlier this year part of the CityBlue Hotels group, is today introducing a new General Manager, Mr. Rahim Jiwani.
The Emin Pasha, as it is commonly called in Kampala, is part of the CityBlue Collection, a sub brand of the hotel group under which upmarket properties are managed and marketed.
The hotel group has seen a rapid expansion across Eastern Africa in the recent past with properties in Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, South Sudan and Uganda. Two hotels in Accra / Ghana will also be under the CityBlue management once open and operational.
Rahim Jiwani is a seasoned hotelier with nearly 30 years of experience under his belt, spanning from his early years at Fariyas Hotels & Resorts in India over such companies as Le Meridien, Marriott, InterContinental Hotels to more regionally known brands as the Tribe Hotel, Royal Orchid and Golden Tulip Hotels in Kenya.
