SERENA HOTELS PREPARE FOR THE OPENING OF THE GOMA SERENA HOTEL

The intended opening delayed by the outbreak of the global #COVID19 pandemic – it was initially scheduled for May this year – is the latest addition to the Serena Portfolio now just days away from welcoming its first guests.
The Goma Serena Hotel, situated right at the lake shore, will be the only 5-star hotel in Goma and its 109 rooms and suites all face Lake Kivu, the 8th largest lake in Africa.
The hotel is located in the capital of North Kivu province of Congo DR and just a 10-minute drive away from Goma International Airport and 5-minute drive from the Rwandan border.
The hotel offers guests the all day dining Rumoka Restaurant, the Kahuzi-Biega Bar where snacks are also available and a Serena trademark Bambara Lounge where guests can relax, meet for business or enjoy a cup of tea. Other amenities like a swimming pool, a gym and a Maisha Spa are also available on opening.
