RWANDA’S ‘SERVICEMAG‘ LAUNCHES MAJOR SOCIAL MEDIA CAMPAIGN

The Service Mag will run a social media campaign through the month of June targeted at raising awareness and conversations about Customer Service in the country.
This campaign named the #TSMChallenge will offer the public the chance of posting and sharing different posts on social media and winning fabulous prizes.
Each challenge will be presented on Monday and will last a week. Winners will be presented with the week’s prize on Friday. Winners will be chosen depending on the impact their posts have on social media, the greatest number of responses and shares.
Prizes include:
1. Aerial Tours of Rwanda offered by Akagera Aviation
2. Week end getaway for 2 people at Serena Kivu offered by Serena Rwanda
3. Gorilla permits offered by RDB; each permit costs1500$ USD
4. An exclusive night for 2 People at the Amakoro Lodge in Kinigi by Songa
