FINALISTS OF THE AFRICA TOURISM LEADERSHIP AWARDS 2023 ANNOUNCED

Africa Tourism Partners is thrilled to announce the top 5 finalists of each of the 9 categories of the Africa Tourism Leadership Awards (ATLA 2023). The Awards recognizes and honours change-makers and innovation pioneered by Africans, in Africa, for African travel, tourism, hospitality and aviation stakeholders. The Awards’ process included the following steps:

• Opening of entries – 23 June 2023
• Deadline for Awards nominations – 15 August 2023
• Announcement of top 5 finalists of each category – 07 September 2023
• All scores have been audited by BDO, Audit and Tax Advisory, South Africa.

Over 200 nominations for the nine categories were received from across the African continent for awards. That was followed by a rigorous adjudication process by international panel of judges to select the top five (5) finalists per category.

ATLF is an intra-Africa travel and tourism platform that offers the opportunity for marketing, sales, business development, and networking in a professional setting for suppliers (accommodation, travel trade, and service providers) to do business with their travel trade partners (DMCs, tour operators, travel agents, online travel agents (OTAs). Exhibitions, business exchanges, destination showcases, and networking sessions will be running concurrently as key components of the Forum.
