South African regional carrier Airlink and the largest airline in Latin America, LATAM Airlines, have signed a new interline agreement. The agreement becomes effective on 02 September 2023 (04 September 2023) when LATAM resumes flying from São Paulo/Guarulhos–Governador André Franco Montoro International Airport (GRU) in São Paulo (Brazil) and OR Tambo International Airport (JNB) in Johannesburg after a pause of more than three years due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
