The City of Cape Town’s Coastal Management branch has announced that concrete repairs and maintenance of the Muizenberg coastal walkway between Muizenberg and St James are set to commence. The project will also include specific repairs to the St James tidal pool.
The repair work forms part of the ongoing coastal infrastructure maintenance. In terms of the coastal walkway, the main focus will be on the section from St James up until just before the Baileys Cottage.
