Zimbabwe has moved from level two national lockdown to level four for 30 days on 02 January 2021 in an effort to curb a surge in coronavirus infections in the country. The amendment was gazetted by Zimbabwe’s Minister of Health and Child Care Vice President Constantino Chiwenga as Statutory Instrument 10 of 2021, Public Health (Covid-19 Prevention, Containment and Treatment) (National Lockdown) (No. 2) (Amendment) Order, 2021 (No. 9).
